Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Visit your customer portal at https://account.3bluepineapples.com
  2. Submit the email associated with your order.
  3. You’ll receive a code to log in, where you can request the return.

If your return is accepted:

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
  • A $5 flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).

Additionally, sale items, digital downloads, stickers, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item following the steps above.
  • Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
